It has collected all the beauties  in its structure but distributed its famous cooks all around the world…Cornelian cherry tarhanas (Turkish soup made of preparation of dried curds and flour), mantı (Turkish meal prepared with paste, ground meat and yoghurt), kebaps with mushroom and vermicelli with walnut and dry sour curd still give out smoke. Strawberry fields stil give fruits and cherries are still picked up from the cherry orchards. In the horse plateau, herds run by horses.
